Lawyer in Compensation, Occupational Injury and Consumer Claims
Have you been injured at work, or received work that was poorly carried out? I help you claim compensation – from an insurance company, your employer or the other party.
Compensation cases are about documentation, deadlines and knowing what you are actually entitled to. I help you gather what is needed and submit the claim correctly.
If you live in Norway and have a claim against someone in Poland – or vice versa – the Lugano Convention may determine where the case is heard. This is one of my specialist areas.
