Defence Counsel and Victim's Counsel Who Speaks Polish
Have you been charged, or have you been the victim of a criminal offence? In my experience, Polish-speaking defendants receive a more secure defence when they can speak directly with their lawyer.
Everyone has the right to be assisted by a defence counsel if they are charged with a criminal offence. You choose your own defence counsel, and you may change counsel at any time if you wish.
