Is a Polish judgment recognised in Norway?
Civil judgments from Poland can as a rule be recognised and enforced in Norway under the Lugano Convention – and vice versa. This requires a separate process.
Who inherits when I have property in Poland?
This depends, among other things, on where the deceased had their habitual residence. The rules are complex; seek advice before the estate is distributed.
