Help with NAV, UDI and Debt
A decision from NAV (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) or UDI (the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration) can feel like a language of its own. I explain what it means and help you with the appeal and any follow-up.
Many people think NAV cases are the most difficult of all. With experience in compensation law and administrative law, they are often more straightforward than they appear – but the deadlines are short, so get in touch early.
Typical cases
NAV Benefits and Repayment

Help when debt has become unmanageable.
Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to appeal a decision from NAV?
The appeal deadline is as a rule six weeks from the date you received the decision. If the decision states a different deadline, that deadline applies.
